Sunday, September 28, 2008 Update
The backup is taking longer the anticipated and we are going to have to ask for your continued patience. It will likely take at least 48 hours to get things completely uploaded and sorted out. In the meantime, feel free to stop by our forums and chat with some of your fellow HPFF'ers to help bide your time.
As always, we are tremendously grateful for your continued patience and support and we will update you as things progress.

Oh, good. I was getting ready to re-register and re-submit my stories, but now maybe I can skip all that.
I want to say to the staffers: You're amazing. You're fixing this incredibly fast, and you're dealing with all those people out there submitting a trouble ticket an hour. Know your work is appriciated. ;-)

I cannot express how impressed and appreciative I am with the HPFF staff. I have now learned my lesson. I will ALWAYS back up my reviews. Stories have always been saved at home, but not reviews. Now I know! Jay and timeturner and the rest of you wonderful people-thanks so much for all you do!
my story was up but my account wasnt but now my story isnt up either... i hope it fixes itself and i will def start backing up my reviews as well once my account is back up and running!! hpff staff u rok!!
I figured waiting it out would work. All my stuff is back up and going smoothly, except my TA status is still gone. :(
I do hope it comes back once everything is up and working at full steam. Though if it isn't do I then submit a trouble ticket?

Oh my gosh I am just so releived! I was freaking out, I almost cried! Staffers YOU ARE SO AMAZING THANK YOU SOOOOOOOO MUCH FOR EVERYTHING YOU DO!
I submitted a trouble ticket because someone ELSE's stories are in my account with my Pen name on them. You immediately closed the ticket and said to look at the blog, but that issue isn't addressed here. Help! If I delete these stories, I don't want to screw up the real author of them. Thanks!
Please don't submit a Trouble Ticket until Jay and/or timeturner gives an "All Clear" that tells us everything is as close to normal as possible.
Until then, please consider all bumps, weird happenings, and glitches a direct result of the server malfunction. When the "all clear" message is given that's when you check everything. If something is still wrong... THEN submit your trouble ticket. Just give Jay and timeturner a little more time. :) Thanks! HP_Mom
I freaked out yesterday when I couldn't log in, or even find my story! Thank you for getting back to me and for all your hard work. I hope everything is back up soon.
